Large Red 7 POD - Seeds

Description

From Pepperlover, they received these seeds in 2001 labeled as red 7 pod, they noticed that this variety had always produced huge pods (like small bell pepper). Unlike the original red 7pod, this one is at least twice the size. Although the plant produces monster size 7 pods the plant is not as big as the original red 7 pod. The plant is prolific and grows very well in containers. Just like all other 7 pods this monster not only big on size, but also heat and flavor, it has the typical red 7 pod flavor and heat, but the heat and burn does not last as long as the original red 7 pod.

Heat level:  1,000,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Extremely Hot.

Flavor:  Similar taste as a Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich.
