Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Free Shipping for all Domestic Seed and Fresh Pepper Orders

Tracking will be provided for orders over $25.

Orders Under $25 will be shipped in a bubble envelope with 1st class postage.  Tracking for orders totaling $25 and under can be purchased for a $4.00 flat rate.

 

Hot Sauce Shipping:

1st Bottle- Flat Rate: $6.50

2 or More Bottles: $8.50

Free Shipping for Hot Sauce over $100.

 

International Shipping:

The shipping charge for international orders totaling $75 or under is $17.50.  Shipping is Free for orders totaling over $75.

Processing of International orders may be delayed if your country requires additional documentation.  Once your order ships, it could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.  We cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, confiscated, destroyed or returned packages shipped outside of the United States postal system.

You are responsible for guaranteeing that the material being purchased is not on a restricted list within your country. Check with your Ministry of Agriculture or Customs Departments. Check your country's import regulations before placing your order with us.

Please obtain all necessary documentation to allow entry into your country. We cannot provide phytosanitary certificates or any other documentation that might be required by your government.

We package and label your parcel clearly with content and value information on the customs tag so as to avoid customs intervention. However, we cannot guarantee that customs for your country will not open your package and determine that extra charges are due, or perhaps even confiscate the order. These risks are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. We are not responsible for loss, additional tariffs, quarantine fees, taxes, customs charges, etc. that may be levied.

You assume responsibility for your package once it enters the mail system and will not hold the Bohica Pepper Hut responsible for the shipment once it leaves our facility.

We are unable to offer refunds for Lost or Confiscated Packages.

By placing an order, you agree to and accept our general terms of sale as well as to the international shipping policy.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tate_jet@yahoo.com and send your item to: 100 Lyle Street Mauldin South Carolina US 29662.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
