The Peppapeach Stripey is a beautiful striped variant of the original Peppapeach, known for its peach-colored pods streaked and speckled with vivid red. Discovered in 2021 as a natural mutation within Peppapeach lines, it has since been refined through careful selection to highlight its bold striping and fruity, citrus-forward flavor.

Pods begin green, ripen to peach, and gradually develop their signature red stripes—some fully banded, others lightly spotted. The peppers offer mild to medium heat (around 1,000–5,000 SHU) with a sweet, tropical bite that makes them ideal for snacking, stuffing, salads, salsas, and powders.
