Turkey Lurkey

Turkey Lurkey is a unique blend I created focusing on the traditional roasted Thanksgiving turkey flavor I grew up with.

It goes well traditionally roasted and smoked, but grilled and slow cookin' works just fine, too. I also intended to be able to use it for brining the bird, and that works awesome, as well, oh, and don't forget to use it in your stuffing or you'll be missing out...I mean double YUM!
