To Rehydrate - simply place the dried pods in a bowl and pour hot water over them and cover. Let it sit until the peppers become pliable. This usually takes about 15-30 minutes. May need to repeat process to achieve desired results.

I ordered the fresh peppers and they were hot. I got these and they seemed way hotter. I thought it might be the batch, but it turns out it’s because they’re dried. I followed the directions for rehydrating them and they actually returned to a similar level of heat as the fresh peppers.
