NuMex Paprika R. Naky – (Capsicum annuum)

NuMex R. Naky is a mild paprika-type pepper developed at New Mexico State University. Pods grow 5–6 inches, turning from green to a bright, pigment-rich red perfect for drying into paprika, flakes, or powder. Heat is extremely low with a sweet, lightly smoky flavor similar to a mild Anaheim. Plants reach about 3 feet tall, are very productive, and thrive in warm, dry conditions. Excellent for roasting, stuffing, or adding depth and color to sauces and stews.

Heat level: 250 to 750+(SHU's) – Mild/Sweet.

Flavor:  Sweet & Smoky.
