The Fish pepper is a must grow variety for any pepper enthusiast. It's one of the prettiest and unique varieties in existence. Heirloom African variety, Pre-1870's used to season fish and shellfish in the African-American communities. Fruits start off green with white stripes down the length of the pepper. Mature to shades of red, orange and rust. The 3-inch pepper is moderately hot.
