Jalapeño M - Cherry Bomb (Capsicum annuum) - Seeds

This unexpected cross appeared this year from what was supposed to be a standard Jalapeño M, but it surprised us by producing round, cherry bomb–shaped pods instead of the usual elongated jalapeños. The peppers have thicker walls, a touch more sweetness, and a rich jalapeño-style flavor with medium heat. Plants are compact, prolific, and ideal for stuffing, pickling, or fresh use—a unique twist on a garden classic.

Heat level:  7,500 - 12,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Mild.
