7 Pot Mustard - (Capsicum Chinense)

The 7 Pot Mustard delivers with a little less heat than the other 7 Pot versions.  Has a mustard or olive-yellow tint to it.  Pods are 2-3 inches around which makes them one of the larger 7 pots.  Very sweet but a subtle earthy flavor.

Heat level:  750,000-1,000,000(SHU) Scoville Heat Units - Extremely Hot.

Flavor:  Sweet but Earthy.
