The Jalapeño M is a classic and popular pepper, known for its medium heat, vibrant flavor, and versatility. Originating in Xalapa, Mexico, this thick-walled pepper measures 3–3.5" long and 1–1.5" wide. It ripens from deep green to fire-engine red, with some developing netted skin as they mature. Jalapeño M is perfect for pickling, stuffing, roasting, salsas, or smoking into chipotle. Compact, robust plants (18–36") produce prolifically, yielding 20–30 peppers per plant over a long season.
