Just what the name implies, the Monster Jalapeno is a huge version of the Jalapeno. Thick, meaty and just overall BIG! These fat peppers get 6-7 inches long and up to 2 inches in width. Ripen from green to deep red. Heat is middle of the road as far as a Jalapeno. Perfect for making meal size poppers, sliced up for pickling or roasted on the grill.

Heat level: 2,500 - 5,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Mild.
