Kraken Scorpion - (Capsicum Chinense)

The Kraken Scorpion is a cross between a Bhut Jolokia (Ghost) and a Chocolate Trinidad Scorpion.  The original strain was stabilized by Mike Hess.  They grow about 3-4 inches long and some end with a tiny tail.  This is one extreme pepper.

Heat level:  1,000,000+ SHU – Extremely Hot.

Flavor:  Fruity with Smoky / Earthy Tones.
