Habanero Yucatan White - (Capsicum chinense)

The Yucatan White Habanero are small white jelly bean shaped peppers that originated from the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.  The tiny peppers actual produce a good kick of heat.  The plant is somewhat shorter and bushier than other Habanero plants but they produce a ton of fruits.  Ripens from green to pale white.  The longer they stay ripening the whiter they become.  Great variety for sauces and salsa.

Heat level:  250,000 to 500,000(SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Very Hot.

Flavor:  Sweet and fruity - Habanero flavor.
