Aji Mango - (Capsicum baccatum)

The Aji Mango pepper is very similar to the popular Aji Lemon both in taste and heat level. The fruits mature to 3 inches long and ripen to a bright orange. Plants are extremely productive putting out 100's of pods on each plant which grow in size up to 3-4 feet tall. The plants are very bushy and do better when staked up or in cages. Great for pickling, salsas and even stuffing with cream cheese for a spicy appetizer.

Heat level: 100,000 - 125,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Medium/Hot.

Flavor: Very Sweet & Fruity.
