Foodarama Scotch Bonnet Yellow - (Capsicum chinense)

Awesome looking version that was discovered and further developed by Beth Boyd of Houston, Texas.   Has a bonnet or flying saucer like shape to them.  They work excellent for Caribbean cooking and sauce making.  Plants are very prolific and grow over 4 feet tall.

Heat level:  100,000-300,000(SHU) Scoville Heat Units – Very Hot.

Flavor:  Fruity Habanero flavor.
