This hand-harvested Atlantic sea salt is cold-smoked over cherry wood creating a rich flavor with a soft crunch. The salt is fine grain with a light tan-grey color. Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt works with all types of food. Use as a finishing salt, but also may be used in cooking, marinades, and rubs.
