Onion Sea Salt

Is the onion the most-used ingredient in our kitchens? We think so and it is a multi-cultural ingredient, giving a savory, aromatic undercurrent of flavor to dishes around the world. Our new Onion Sea Salt is an infusion of moist, medium-grain sea salt with the amazingly versatile onion. This salt is truly great on everything. Use it as a finishing salt or in cooking, especially in soup, sauces, and gravies.

For best flavor and potency when not using, keep tightly closed in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct heat or sunlight.

Please note, due to the nature of dried onion, this salt is sticky.
