The Orange Thai pepper is a vibrant, medium-hot chili (50,000–100,000 SHU) with a fruity, subtly sweet flavor and a lingering heat. These thin-walled, 2-inch-long peppers ripen from green to striking orange and grow prolifically on compact, hardy plants that can reach up to 4 feet tall. Each plant can yield up to 200 peppers, producing consistently from early summer through the first frost.
