Star of Turkey or Türkiye Yıldızı

This is the only pepper in the C.Chinense family that looks like real star.  This thick walled, firm, crunchy pepper does extremely well in storage and last for weeks before going soft. The pods have strong C.Chinense floral taste followed by slowly building sharp painful heat that lingers around for a long time.  A little less heat level as a Habanero.

Heat level:  75,000 to 150,000 (SHU) Scoville Heat Units –Very Hot

Flavor:  Sweet apple like taste.
