Thunder Mountain Longhorn - (Capsicum annuum)
These beauties are a sight to see in any garden. Thin curly peppers that can get well over a foot long. Very similar to a Cayenne but better tasting and milder. Originally from the southwest region of China known as Guizhou. Traditionally dried and smoked. The plants are very compact but extremely productive. Ripen from green to red.
Heat level: Approximately 30,000-40,000 SHU - Medium Heat.
Flavor: Very complex taste.
