White Thai - (Capsicum annuum)
The White Thai is a beautiful looking pepper that delivers medium level heat about 5 times hotter than a jalapeno. They ripen from white to a orangish red if left on the plant to fully mature. They grow thin and are between 2-3 inches in length and are very prolific producing hundreds of chilis per plant each season. Flavor is an earthy nutty balanced spiciness that works great in Asian style dishes. Also perfect for making hot sauces or drying to make pepper flakes.
